IV Therapy (Energy Drip and Immune Boost Drip)

IV Therapy (Energy Drip and Immune Boost Drip)
We pride ourselves in using the latest techniques in non-surgical cosmetics to enhance your natural features.

IV infusion therapy delivers vitamins, minerals, and/or other nutrients directly into the bloodstream, which allows your body to effectively absorb almost all of what was administered. Vitamins and minerals that are obtained orally must be digested in order to be absorbed and used by the body. Unfortunately, only a fraction of the nutrients end up being absorbed by the body. However, IV infusion therapy bypasses the digestive process in order to ensure that the maximum amount of nutrients are able to be absorbed. Not only that, but delivering these nutrients directly to the bloodstream means that their effects can be felt almost immediately. At Therapeutic Aesthetics, we offer both an energy drip and immune boosting drip to help you live your best life.

Frequently Asked Questions:

You may be a candidate for IV therapy if you are looking for a fast and effective way to boost your immune system or energy levels. However, individuals with certain health conditions or who are taking certain medications may not be ideal candidates. To determine if IV therapy is the right choice for you, schedule an appointment with one of our skin care professionals at any of our three Therapeutic Aesthetics locations: Toronto, Burlington, or Pickering.

At Therapeutic Aesthetics, our IVs are identical to those used in hospitals, however our experience is far more relaxing and rejuvenating. During your treatment, you will be able to relax in our calming medical spa setting and will have our attentive staff available for the duration of your treatment. Once the IV has been administered, treatments tend to last about 30-45 minutes.

How often you receive IV therapy varies on your individual needs. Some patients may benefit from weekly infusions, while others may not. In most cases, nutrient levels remain elevated for about 2-3 weeks after IV therapy, meaning that most patients can receive IV therapy approximately once every 2-3 weeks. However, you will need to discuss this with your provider to determine a treatment plan that is appropriate for you.
